- If the battery is low, the blue indicator light will turn on.

- Charge the device using a 5V 1A USB charger. (Do not use a 12V charger.)

- While charging, the red indicator light will turn on. When fully charged, the light will turn off.

- It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge, and once fully charged, the device can operate for about 1 hour.

3. Once connected, begin capturing images.

※ Adjust the focus to ensure hair follicles are clearly visible. ※ Take three images each of the crown and forehead areas(using either the scanner’s capture button or the in-app capture button).

4. After capturing, review the images and decide whether to retake or proceed with transmission.

5. AI-based analysis will be conducted based on the transmitted images.
